Postdoc · 1 position
Two-year, renewable position on TÜBİTAK 1001 funding. We are looking for a researcher with a Ph.D. in physics, materials science, or a closely related field, and hands-on experience in CVD growth, transport measurements, or scanning-probe microscopy.

Ph.D. · 2 positions
Open to applicants with a strong background in physics or materials science. Possible thesis directions include scanning photocurrent microscopy in topological materials, ionic transport in 2D oxides, and exciton optics in 2D heterostructures.

We host motivated UG researchers in physics, EEE, materials, and chemistry on instrumentation, automation, and sample-preparation projects — both as volunteer interns and on senior-design projects.
